Using Total Drive

Creating a Shared Family on Total Drive

Your Family is an area in Total Drive where you can share files privately to invited Family Members.

Find out how to create a Shared Family on Total Drive by using the steps below.

Click Share

Click share on the left hand navigation

Click Your Family

Click Your Family button at the top of the page.

Click Start

Click the Start button in the middle of the page.

Enter Email

Type the email address and press Enter.

TIP: You can enter multiple email addresses to share to multiple family members at once.


Click Send

To view your invitations, click Members, where you can also add more members, cancel any invitations, or remove existing members.

Should you wish to remove your Family, and start a new one, simply go to the Family area, and click on Remove Family.

Tap Share

Tap the Share icon on the bottom right of the menu bar.

Tap Your Family

Tap the Your Family button at the top.

Tap Start

Tap Start in the middle bottom.

Enter Email

Type your email address and tap Enter.

TIP: You can enter multiple email addresses to share to multiple people are once by using the Share Link button.

Share

You can now share items to your Family Members by using the share link at the bottom.

Once you've set up your family, inviting more members is easy. Simply go to the "Invite Your Family" section and share the link with anyone you'd like to join!
