Using Total Drive

Uninstall Total Drive

WARNING: Please note that if you cancel your Total Drive subscription, you will lose access at the end of your billing term. You will have an additional 30 days grace period to download files. After this point they will be deleted.

Uninstalling the Total Drive application is quick and easy to do no matter what operating system.


Windows Search

Type Total Drive in your Windows search bar

Total Drive Application

Right Click the Total Drive Application

Total Drive Application

Click Uninstall

Programs and Features

A new window should open with a list of applications.

Locate Total Drive

Find Total Drive

Menu

Right click Total Drive

Uninstall

Click Uninstall / Change

Menu

Click Total Drive on the Menubar

Drop-down

Click Uninstall Total Drive

Authorize

Enter your Mac Username > Password

Accept

Click OK

Find Total Drive

Locate the Total Drive application on your device.

Touch

Press and hold the Total Drive application.

Remove

Tap Remove App

Accept

Tap Delete to confirm

Find Total Drive

Locate the Total Drive application on your device.

Touch

Press and hold the Total Drive application.

Remove

Tap Uninstall

Accept

Tap OK to confirm
