Your Subscription
You can manage your Total Password subscription at any time from your online portal.
To view your subscription details, log into your account and go to the My Subscriptions section. From here, you'll see an overview of all active services linked to your account. This includes: - Downloadable invoices for previous charges - The ability to update your payment method - An option to manage your billing preferences, including cancelling your subscription. - Information about any suspended services due to failed renewal attempts
Each subscription you purchase is managed individually, even if multiple services (such as Total Adblock, TotalAV, or Total VPN) are shown together in your portal. If these subscriptions were purchased using the same email address, they may appear under one unified login for convenience, but each one must be managed separately. Each service linked to your Total Password account, including add-ons like SafeBrowsing (VPN) or Unlimited Devices, is managed individually and will renew separately unless cancelled. These services are automatically associated with your main account and can be accessed through your online portal.
Note: If your payment method fails, our system may attempt to complete your renewal using secure tokenization and account updater tools provided by your card issuer.
